I have been using Joel for the past 11 years. I have been in business for over 20 years. Joel has to have the best service I have come across. I am always at ease knowing that, when Joel has installed a POS system with his advise, it works every time with no hassles. Very reliable system and Joel only puts his name to what he believe works, a credit to his success. I have used OrderMate in all my 8 stores and will only use Joel as I'm too busy and it becomes too costly using anyone else, in the long run. The system I swear by as it is the most user friendly product on the market. I have been to a hundred shows and tested other products so I know. I have even bought restaurants with new systems (not ordermate) and have replaced them with OrderMate. Therefore making training with staff and menu changes very easy saving time and money.
